Questions.

Who pays the fee?

Most organisers pass it to the buyer at checkout as a booking fee, so you keep the full ticket price. You can absorb it per event if you would rather show an all-in price.

When do we get paid?

After the event, to your connected Stripe account. From there it follows your Stripe payout schedule.

What about free events?

Free events stay free. No ticket price, no fee.

Contracts or subscriptions?

Neither. No monthly platform fee, no lock-in. Leave whenever, though we would rather you never wanted to.

Can we run festivals and tours?

Yes. One-off nights, multi-date tours and full festival operations all run on the same fee.

Which currencies are supported?

GBP, EUR, USD, CAD and AUD. Sell in the UK, EU, US, Canada or Australia.
