• Handle attendee communication, event delivery, and applicable taxes.
• Comply with all local laws and venue requirements.

Fees and payment terms

• Platform fees are defined on the pricing page.
• Fees may be buyer-paid or organiser-paid depending on setup.
• Processor fees and refunds affect final payout amounts.
• We may update pricing with notice.

Payout and refund terms

• Payouts are released according to event completion, account status, and processor requirements.
• If an event is cancelled, organisers are responsible for attendee refunds.
• Chargebacks and disputes may be deducted from pending or future payouts.

Prohibited use

• Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent events and transactions.
• Ticket resale, touting, or secondary-market redistribution.
• Account abuse, scraping, malware, or unauthorised platform access.
• Copyright infringement and misuse of third-party rights.

Legal framework.

No resale policy.

KwikTix is a primary ticketing platform for teams selling tickets to their own events. Resale and secondary-market activity may lead to suspension, event removal, and payout holds during investigation.
