All ticket purchases are subject to availability and the specific terms set by the event organiser. Prices, availability, and event details may change without notice.

Refund policies are determined by individual event organisers. We facilitate refunds according to the organiser's stated policy. Processing fees may apply to refunds where permitted by law.

In cases where an event is cancelled or significantly changed, refunds will be processed according to our standard procedures and applicable consumer protection laws.

We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of our payment partners and authorize us to charge your payment method.

Service fees, processing fees, and other charges will be clearly disclosed before you complete your purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
